I've just returned from the LLF Emerging Writers Retreat in LA and I'm probably still incapable of writing about what a great experience it was. I'm well into the first day of the GCLS convention in Phoenix, where readers and writers of lesbian popular fiction come together to celebrate and learn. I wanted to write a few words about my first year ever of being a writer who actually travels for my writing.
